Customer service

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING:
For prompt delivery armor, the deadline for posting will be up to 3 working days after payment confirmation. Please observe the delivery period stipulated by Correios.
For custom-made armor, normally the deadline is up to 10 days and always remember to also check the delivery time according to the type of shipment chosen.


DELIVERIES:
The delivery of our armor is carried out by the Post Office.
We are responsible for complying with the deadline stipulated for delivery, however, we are not responsible for failure to comply with the delivery deadline stipulated by Correios. In case of delay or loss of the order, the store will be responsible for giving full support to the customer throughout the process (from the opening of the complaint record to the transfer of any reimbursements that may be paid by the Post Office).


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
We do not work with exchanges and returns, each armor is UNIQUE and impossible to be reproduced, so before closing your purchase, ask your questions.


RESERVATIONS AND WITHDRAWAL:
After purchase, in the case of armor for prompt delivery, it is reserved for the customer within 3 working days. However, even before this deadline, if the customer wishes, it is possible to cancel the purchase.

Our payment methods are: Paypal, Venmo, TransferWise, offline payments.
